EXAMINATION RULES EXAMINATIONS (F.A, F.SC)Part-I and Part-II Inter exams will be conducted separately according to
1996 Examination Part System Rule, Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education. No studnt having obtained F Grade in college exams will be eligible for getting admission to appear in Part-I / II Inter Annual Exams.
NOTE:
The students who want to opt Economics, Statistics, Fine Arts and Mathematics will only be allowed if they qualify the written Entry Test for the relevant subject.
Furthermore only those students will be allowed to study Maths who have secured 60% marks in Maths with science group.
70% attendance is must for appearing in Board and University Exam as a regular student.
EXAMINATIONS (B.A)
A monthly test will be conducted.
At least 75% attendance is compulsory to appear in final exam.
It is mendatory to pass the send-ups to qualify for final university exams.
Class Attendance
A candidate with less than 75% of the attendance in lectures or practical work shall not be eligible to
sit for the exam and may be dropped from the course.
If a student fails to attend any lecture during the first four weeks of the semester, her admision shall stand
cancelled.
Lectures attendance in every individual subject will have to be upto the mark.(75%)
Students should submit the Leave Application to the respective class incharge duly signed by their parents or guardian.
A class Incharge is authorised to grant 7 days leave.
The leave application with medical certificate should clearly bear reason for taking leave, the number of days for which
leave is requested and duly signed by the Medical officer of the Disrtrict Headquarterof Hospital.
Leave application during examination must be submitted to Controller of examination who is the sole authority to
accept or reject the application.
