The division of subjects according to the degree offered by the Board is as follows:

Compulsory Subjects:
         Urdu, English, Pakistan Studies, Islamiat
  • Pre-Medical Group: Physics, Chemistry, Biology
  • Pre-Engineering Group: Physics, Chemistry, Math

Compulsory Subjects:
         Urdu, English, Pakistan Studies, Islamiat
Elective Subjects:
Select one group from the following groups: 1stgroup:        Physics, Maths, Computer Science
22ndgroup:     Statistics, Maths, Computer Science
33rdgroup:      Economics, Maths, Computer Science
4thgroup:       Economics, Maths, Statistics
Note: Minimum 60% marks in matric (Science) in Mathematics are required for admission.
Change of Subjects:
The students are allowed to change subjects within two weeks after commencement of classes.
Examinations
B.A
  1. A monthly test will be conducted.
  2. Atleast 75% attendance is compulsory to appear in final exam.
  3. It is mandatory to pass send-ups to qualify for final university exams.
Class Attendance
  1. A candidate with less than 75% of the attendance in lectures or practical work shall not be eligible to sit for the exam and may be dropped from the course.
  2. If a student fails to attend any lecture during the first four weeks of the semester, her admision shall stand cancelled.
  3. Lectures attendance in every individual subject will have to be upto the mark.(75%)
  4. Students should submit the Leave Application to the respective class incharge duly signed by the Medical Officer of the District Headquarter Hospital.
  5. A class Incharge is authorised to grant 7 days leave.
  6. The leave application with medical certificate should clearly bear reason for taking leave, the number of days for which leave is requested and duly signed by the Medical officer of the Disrtrict Headquarterof Hospital.
  7. Leave application during examination must be submitted to Controller of examination who is the sole authority to accept or reject the application.

  • Humanities
SEATS/REQUIREMENTS

The division of the seats can be changed according to the Government policy

There are 1000 seats for F.A, F.SC. students
  • Science Medical/Non-Medical             250
  • General Science                                  150
  • Arts                                                      600

The admission process starts with the dates advertised in the newspaper according to the policy of the Govt. of the Punjab. The merit list will be displayed on the college Notice Board and will also be uploaded on the college Website and the students have to submit college fee within given time otherwise admission would be cancelled. As per the policy of the Govt. of the Punjab, the students can also apply online on the www.ocas.punjab.gov.pk for further details. The students seeking admissions should apply on the prescribed forms which can be bought alongwith College Prospectus. The candidates will have to attach the following documents with the application form:

  • Testimonials/Certificates of Board/Result Card of Matric(2 copies)
  • Passport size photos (04) with written name of candidate, father's name and session on the back of each photo.
  • Character certificate/ Provisional Certificate of school
  • Computerized National identity card of father
  • Mark clearly the class / quota / category in which the student falls for taking admission.
  • No Objection Certificate in case if Matric is passed from any board other than Faisalabad.

    In aacordance with the policy, limited seats are reserved for the following categories:
  • Students with disabilities
  • Sports
  • NOTE: The division of seats can be changed according to the Government policy.
  1. Students with disabilities
  2. Applicants for admission to this category must submit a Medical Certificate and other relevant documents pertaining to their disability.

  3. Sports
  4. Applicants who have won awards for participation in inter-school, district, provincial or national sports events can apply for these seats. Applicants must attach certificates indicating the same and will also be required to demonstrate on the field. Students admitted on sports basis will be allotted second shift.

The decision of the admission committee is final and cannot be challenged.
