Department of Biology was established since the college was established for teaching F.sc classes. Later on commencement of B.Sc program in 2011and Bs FYDP in Botany and Zoology Subjects in 2016 added to its status and it has come forth as one of the academically sound Departments of the city. The high profile motivated department loaded with initiative and drive is key strength of department. The fully equipped laboratories, well furnished class rooms, lecture theater, and updated library provide the best possible facilities to the students in their academic pursuit. Head of Department Ms. Ayesha Hayat along with Mrs. Memona Gull,CTIs and honorary members under the dynamic leadership of Dr.Freeha Anjum are striving hard and exercising their potentialities to maximum extent focusing the activity based learning.
