We aim to build a foundation that helps our students apply their theoretical knowledge of physical and human geography to the practical horizon, enabling them to understand and resolve the environmental and spatial challenges in our surroundings.
Our mission is to impart up to date knowledge and practical skills amongst geography students through high quality teaching and practical work. The department will continue to promote and sustain that value of geographical education and to encourage the application of geographic theories and techniques in solving the world problems.
